On Law

I'm not very OK with enacting many new laws. Law, in itself, is a restriction of freedom. It's a necessary evil.

Boss

I've worked in three offices till now and never had any real problem with any of them. Mr. Mazinani was very active and inspiring, but not very honest; Mr. Mehri was intellectual, but not very active and not inspiring at all; and Mrs. Mazinani is logical and open minded, but not very powerful and not brave.

I've learned many things from each one of them, but I think none of them was a great boss.

My Favorite Sporting Event

I'm not a big fan of any sport event, but I never miss FIFA world cup and UEFA champions league. Anyway, I'm losing my interest in watching football, even my beloved Persepolis FC, Real Madrid, AC Milan and even Iran National team. I prefer to go to GYM and exercise myself.

My Favorite Forms of Creative Expression

I've tried many different ways to express myself: writing, drawing, acting (theaters) and even one small business. I liked the writing most. This is the only way that lets you create "everything" you want.

There and Back Again

I love my home, i.e Tehran. But, I have realized that I would love it even more if I could be away for a while. I want to be able to work while traveling around the world. One good job for this purpose would be Journalism.

A Book that Changed My Life

It was "Sea of faith" by Don Cupitt. I don't totally agree with Cupitt, but he showed me that religion should not be evaluated by scientific measures. This is a very cruel world that we live in, and our mind needs some "myth" about eternity and goodness to hold on to.

My Childhood Idol

When I was a kid, I used to idolize my dad. I thought he was a genius, a hero, a saint and a man with supernatural ability to read my mind. It was my mother who made me think that way. She used to hide many things about him.

Today, I think my dad is a smart, brave and good ordinary man. He is not perfect as my childhood dreams, but I love him anyway.
