What I'd Say to My 16-Year-Old Self

I would beg myself to forget about any religious and political commitment and focus on making money and creating beauty. I would also ask myself to stop being so shy and find a girlfriend.

What I'm Avoiding

There a lot of things that everyone is avoiding. For me, marriage is one of them. Actually I have to say I'm avoiding women, because I don't even have a girlfriend. I think they are very complicated and I want everything to be predictable, easy and comfortable. But I know I have to get rid of this fear, because I don't want to die alone...

What Would I Take Back?

I don't usually think about my past, hence regret is not a familiar feeling for me. But I have ab answer for this question: I wish I didn't tell Negin that I loved her. That moment was one of the most meaningless moments in my life. She didn't care about my feelings and I knew that. I don't know what made me do that...

The Funniest Movie Ever

The encounter of the corrupt civilization of U.S and another primitive society was a very good idea. I've never laughed so much in my life.

Setting the Scene: Where I Live

I live in complex with about a twenty of 15 floor buildings. Our complex is restricted and heavily guarded with security guards at the gates and all over the place. buildings's frontage in naked concrete and they all are over 30 years old. Structure of the buildings is in a way that prevents sunshine from enlightening other buildings.

Luckily, there are some grass fields and small gardens between these building, but they offer no privacy for anyone who wants to have some romantic moments, from the hundreds of eyes looking through the windows.

Hence, the complex, with it's curious habitants and lover's hating guards, is not a good place for dating.

It is not a good place for driving, neither. There is bumpiness in every fifty meters of all the streets in the complex so that nobody could speed.

But all these, makes the complex a good place for children and housewives. They can enjoy the security of the place to play and socialize.

My Super-Pet

As I've said before, I'm strongly against imprisoning any animals as a pet. But if I have to keep one (in this case, a combined of tree pets), I rather it be a combination of a mice's size, with a dolphin's intelligence and a parrots's ability to speak.

I'll call it Dombarik.

The One Who Got Away

Most important thing that got away from me, was me. as a teenager. Another thing was Pegah... a good friend who was taken from me by a thief who stole my phone, called her, and created a misunderstanding that never had a chance to get corrected. Another was a job, which was deprived from me because of a comment made from a friend of mine about me. there is a long list actually. I think it's better to stop thinking about that.

If I Could Be a Character From a Book, I'd Be...

Razumikhin is something between the two forces in this book. He do not belong to the corrupt word out there, but is not a fish out of the water. He is not evil, but he don't fight with it.

My Superhero's Special Power

My special power would be the ability to persuade everyone. I think this is a power that even the devil himself would do anything to have it.

When the Lights Go Out

Reading? Oh no, there's no light. When there is no light, all the family gathers around a candle light and we talk, drink tea and forget about the outside world.

I remember that when I was a child, I liked to play with the shadows on the wall.

My Prophetic Dream

I usually forget my dreams as soon as I wake up in the morning. But I remember some dreams that predicted something. In one of them I saw myself as a walking dead man. I hope it never come true.

My Favorite Comfort Food

I'd like to eat Cheese sticks, potato chips and Ice cream when I'm nervous. It a very bad habit and I'm trying to stop it. You shouldn't resort to foods when you are under pressure.

My Thoughts on the Death Penalty

No. One the most beautiful thing about humans is their ability to change themselves for better. I believe that even he who had done the most terrible deeds, have something good and beautiful inside his soul and he can give it to the world if he has a chance to do so. Killing a man would stop everything, it would prevent any change.

Hence, I don't believe in death penalty.

Me, as a Teen

I was a very religious and conservative boy. I didn't shave my barely grown beard, didn't wear jeans, and didn't go to the barbershop often. I was fatter and whiter. I was really unattractive.

One my greatest regrets in my life, is my waisted teen ages.
